Bacom is headed by Eric van Woerkom, René van Eijbergen and Rob Beers. These partners met in 1990 at a renowned administration office on the Keizersgracht in Amsterdam. Although they secretly dreamed of starting their own firm together, they first went their separate ways for a few years.

In 1997 the inevitable moment arrived, and the Bacom Consultancy Group (Bacom) was founded. In the early years, Bacom operated from Almere, but it was soon decided that it would be better to establish itself closer to the client. As of 2002, you can therefore find Bacom in Amsterdam-Noord.

The solid relationship between the partners – both privately and professionally – still bears fruit today: we now have some four hundred business relations – almost all of them acquired through word-of-mouth advertising – for whom we, together with our skilled employees, provide well-organised accounts.
